WHY IS THEREÂ A WAITING LIST?
For You! The waiting list starts each year for each breed for: hatching eggs, chicks, or breeding selection culls (typically adults or point of lay), or previous breeder stock.
This allows anyone to be notified when I have what you are looking for available.
This way there are No bidding wars because Prices are already set.
The picture here shows a point of lay pullet that was not chosen for our breeding pens but was offered to the public. Videos can be made upon request as well.
HATCHING EGGS AND CHICKS
This is the BEST option to potentially get the highest Quality Birds as you cannot tell how close to the Standard of Perfection they will be in an egg or as a chick.
Both of these are available after we have reached our quota of what needs to be kept back in order to keep improving our breeding programs.
After that Quota is met we can ship eggs. NPIP Certification will be updated before March. We can also ship chicks but prefer local pickup.
POINT OF LAY OR ADULTS?
These birds only come available after the birds reach a maturity of body that real selection can be made for the breeding program. Some of these birds can be culled sooner but remember all of these birds are culls for my breeding program.
Each of the birds that make it to the final selection get a photo shoot and posted on the fb page in an album. Then the list starts and the first person starts and picks what they want and so on.
Pickup has to be in a timely manner.

Occasionally Breeders may come up for sale at anytime of the year. These birds are being let go from the breeding program because they no longer meet the needs of the program or have been replaced by a better bird. These birds could be perfect for your start.
